Vitamin A
Symptoms: Dry eyes, night blindness, dry skin, frequent infections and poor wound healing.
Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin)
Symptoms: Fatigue, weakness, numbness or tingling in the hands and feet, pale or jaundiced skin, mood changes, cognitive difficulties, heart palpitations.
Vitamin D
Symptoms: Bone or muscle weakness, fatigue, depression increased risk of fractures.
Vitamin C
Symptoms: Scurvy (bleeding gums, bruising easily), dry skin, slow wound healing, joint pain, fatigue.
Iron

Calcium
